Welcome to MyCVKH. By using our website and CV builder service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Provided

MyCVKH provides an online software tool that allows users to input their professional information and generate a formatted PDF Curriculum Vitae (CV). We do not guarantee employment or interview invitations as a result of using our templates.

3. Digital Product & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the PDF CV has been successfully generated and downloaded to your device [web:18].

Exceptions to this policy will only be made if:

There was a technical failure on our server that prevented you from receiving the PDF after payment.
You were charged twice for a single transaction due to a gateway error.

In such cases, please contact our support team at support@mycvkh.com within 3 days of purchase, providing your transaction ID, and we will issue a manual PDF or a full refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the CV builder. MyCVKH is not liable for typographical errors, factual inaccuracies, or omissions in the final downloaded document.

5. Intellectual Property

The CV templates, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of MyCVKH. You may use the downloaded PDFs for your personal job search, but you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our templates.
